TRiCBIO is a contract research organization specializing in human organoid-based drug development services. The company designs and executes organoid studies across efficacy, safety, mechanism of action, and tumor-immune microenvironment research using proprietary PDO 2.0 and ALI (air-liquid interface) platforms.

Human Organoid Platforms:

• PDO 2.0 / ALI: Retains tissue architecture and immune cells from source samples for tumor-microenvironment profiling and immunotherapy studies
• Patient-derived organoids (PDO 1.0 and PDO 2.0) for efficacy and mechanism studies
