Technology

AvantGen's proprietary yeast display system utilizes an engineered anchoring peptide enabling efficient cell surface display and high inducible secretion without reducing agents. The Germliner™ Library Collection represents deep sequencing of over 500 individuals, yielding three fully human platforms with more than 100 billion antibody clones exhibiting high affinity, high specificity, high thermostability, high expression levels, and no or low immunogenicity.

Services

The company provides discovery-stage antibody generation, affinity maturation, and optimization services. AvantGen handles antigen bioconjugation and quality control, accepting biotinylated, DyLight™ 650 conjugated, and unlabeled antigens meeting specified purity (>90%), monomer percentage (>80%), and concentration (>0.5 mg/mL) standards.
