Technology Foundation: AvantGen's proprietary yeast display system utilizes an engineered anchoring peptide enabling efficient cell surface display and high inducible secretion of antibodies without reducing agents. The Germliner™ Library Collection comprises deep-sequenced antibody repertoires from over 500 individuals, yielding three fully human platforms with more than 100 billion antibody clones exhibiting high affinity, high specificity, high thermostability, high expression levels, and no or low immunogenicity.

Specialized Capabilities:

• Bioconjugation services (biotinylated, DyLight™ 650 conjugated, and unlabeled antigens)
• Quality control and characterization of antigens (>0.5 mg/mL concentration, >80% monomer percentage, >90% purity)
• Support for CAR-T development programs with ultra-stable scFvs
• NK cell engager licensing for cancer immunotherapy applications
